Dear Maple Village Community,
Thank you for another incredible school year! I can't believe how quickly they fly by!! A couple quick things:
We still have Summer Camp spaces available! See below for more info.
If you have not yet completed registration for the upcoming school year, I urge you to do so ASAP. Partly so that you don't have to worry about it over the summer, and partly because we are still admitting new students and do expect several classes to reach enrollment capacity.
Our website calendar has been updated with important dates for the 2016-17 school year - please especially make note of the orientation dates (see sidebar)!
Suzanne, Lisa and I will hold regular office hours for the next two weeks, and then move to a reduced summer schedule (TBA). If you have any questions about your account or enrollment status, please don't hesitate to call or email us!
Have a wonderful summer! We'll miss seeing all of you and your children around campus!

Maple Village Summer Camp
Ages 3-10
Week One: June 20th - 24th

$200 per week
$50 daily drop-in rate
MVWS Summer Camp is open to all children!
Summer Camp starts on Monday - and we still have spots available! Stop by our office to sign up today (by 3:30pm) or Monday morning if you'd like to join next week's camp! All children ages 3-10 are eligible to enroll.

Evergreens & Shady Trees
Maple Village was filled with music on a recent night of ensemble music and singing for grades 3 - 6, Shady Trees' and Evergreens' violin concert with Anna Adkisson, their inspired and fun-loving violin teacher, who invited her house band to accompany the students. Many thanks to Anna for her work with Maple Village students and to her and her wonderful band for the magical, musical evening!

HARVEST FAIRE VOLUNTEER REQUEST
Hello Villagers,
As most of you are thinking about the end of school and looking forward to summer break, there are a few of us thinking all the way through summer to Harvest Faire and making big plans for a truly fantastic event!
To make this happen we need the help of our entire community. We'd like to get a head start and see who would be interested in helping with the following areas. If you'd like to be a chair person for any of these areas please let me know that as well.
- Village
- Food
- Crafts
- Activities (face painting, hair braiding, etc.)
- Entertainment (juggler, hula hoops, fencing, silk acrobats, etc.)
- Music (wandering musicians, bands)
- Vendors
- Media/Promotions
- *Donations
Meghan (Ethan and Caleb's mom) and I (Kari) are heading up the decorations and costumes committee. We will start making things over the summer and have a few working play dates with the kiddos. If you'd like to help with this area please let me know as soon as possible. The plan is to make set pieces and costumes that can be used year after year.
*We will also need help from our local businesses. Be on the lookout this summer for donations and sponsorships to help us put on a great event. We will put out a "wish list" soon.

ShopWithScrip.com and the new Benefit Mobile App have many gift cards for summery or vacation vendors. Enjoy your summer vacation and contribute to Maple Village at the same time buy buying your gift cards through the scrip program!
Please continue to reload your giftcards or purchase electronic/printable gift cards through ShopWithScrip and use your eScrip registered credit and debit cards, and swipe your registered Ralphs club card throughout the summer to continue earning contributions for Maple Village. If you need to order physical gift cards over the summer, please reach out to Jessica ahead of time, as we will need a reasonable order size to justify the cost of shipping over the summer (but since most gift cards can be ordered as printable, don't let this stop you from looking!)
